Limited Warranty

If your Pak-Lite is defective in materials or craftsmanship, simply return your Pak-Lite to us. We will repair or replace at our option. Please eMail or call for RMA number before returning any merchandise. Warranty is void if Pak-Lite has been modified, altered, or abused. The battery is not covered under this warranty, please see its respective manufacture for their warranty coverage. This warranty is for 1 year* unless otherwise noted and covers any Pak-Lite branded item sold on our website. 

*Shipping costs to us and return shipping back to you is not covered, and the responsibility of the customer.
*1 year warranty for accessories.
*5 year warranty for Pak-Lite Ultra, Original, Super, and models as idicated on their details' page.
